Job Description

Reporting directly to the global President, the General Manager will be responsible for leading and expanding operations in Chile. This role includes full P&L ownership and requires a strong balance of strategic leadership, commercial development, and operational oversight.Key responsibilities include:

· Managing a service and sales center with a strong focus on inventory control, service operations, and product sales

· Driving profitability and business development across Chile and supporting future regional expansion

· Overseeing credit and debt management (guided by global HQ)

· Leading budgeting and forecasting processes

· Maintaining and growing strategic relationships with clients and partners

· Ensuring operational alignment with global procedures across finance, compliance, and technical matters

· Leading and developing a small, high-performing local team

The Successful Applicant

We are seeking a hands-on, bilingual (English/Spanish) executive with strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of both commercial and operational dynamics.The ideal candidate will have:

· Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior commercial/operational leadership role

· Background in technology-driven industries, mining, aquaculture, industrial solutions, or B2B services

· Experience in multinational companies is essential

· Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and forecasting experience

· Fluent English; knowledge of French or Portuguese is a plus

· Willingness to be based in Puerto Montt, with occasional international travel
