About Our Client

Our client is an international B2B services organisation, aiming to become a leader in the global market in their market segment, and we are supporting them in hiring the best talent for a new position to be created in CEE. The person in the role will act as General Manager - by setting-up relationships with key stakeholders in the market and through acting as the face of the company and its ambassador in the local communities, they will play a crucial role in setting up and growing the company's footprint in Europe. They will also actively influence sales activities by participating in client meetings and developing the outreach of the company's platform, a highly effective AI-powered, tech-led tool. This senior role will have an impact on teams across the globe but will have no direct team members reporting in a solid line. We are seeking candidates with a background in top management consulting firms. Another experience profile would be a strong track record in scaling growth companies and/or launching and scaling start-ups coupled with excellent hands-on and entrepreneurial approach. The role is fully remote, therefore can be located anywhere in CEE.

Job Description

  • Create and develop the short and long-term strategy in terms of the company's growth in Europe
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders in the market
  • Drive growth of the business and support its development to become a global market leader in their segment
  • Work in a close relationship with the company's internal teams to make necessary adjustments to the product according to specific market needs
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements

The Successful Applicant

  • Several years of experience in consultancy focused on supporting business growth or experience of building and scaling a business in Europe
  • Experience in working for leaders in B2B services would be optimal
  • Able to strategize and think ahead
  • Deep understanding of the European market
  • Highly adaptable, comfortable with change as well as capable of quickly rallying teams around key issues
  • Being Tech-Savvy with high communication skills
  • Exceptionally good knowledge of English is a must
