About Our Client

The client is a very successful Middle East-based startup who are looking to expand in the US. They are a Health-Tech business who started as an appointment booking platform for clinics and are developing more products and services.

Job Description

Build a support team in operations, technical, product development and marketing to support the commercial team
Develop a detailed Go-to-market and execution roadmap
Develop a pipeline of organic activities including all potential customer engagement
Develop a pipeline of all M&A targets that the Company could target in its expansion
Develop and maintain an annual business plan and monitor progress against these plans to ensure that the company attains its objectives as cost-effectively and efficiently as possible
Provide regular update to the CEO of the Company, the management team and the Board as needed
Establish and maintain effective formal and informal links with major customers, relevant government departments and agencies, local authorities, key decision-makers, advisors, partners and other stakeholders to ensure the Company is well positioned to build and grow its business and footprint in the US market
Develop and maintain an effective marketing and public relations strategy to promote the products, services and image of the company in the wider community
Represent the company in negotiations with customers, suppliers, government departments and other key contacts to secure for it the most effective contract terms
Oversee the preparation of the annual reporting and compliance requirements by the Company in the US market
