About Our Client

The client is a very successful Middle East-based startup who are looking to expand in the US. They are a Health-Tech business who started as an appointment booking platform for clinics and are developing more products and services.

Job Description

  • Build a support team in operations, technical, product development and marketing to support the commercial team
  • Develop a detailed Go-to-market and execution roadmap
  • Develop a pipeline of organic activities including all potential customer engagement
  • Develop a pipeline of all M&A targets that the Company could target in its expansion
  • Develop and maintain an annual business plan and monitor progress against these plans to ensure that the company attains its objectives as cost-effectively and efficiently as possible
  • Provide regular update to the CEO of the Company, the management team and the Board as needed
  • Establish and maintain effective formal and informal links with major customers, relevant government departments and agencies, local authorities, key decision-makers, advisors, partners and other stakeholders to ensure the Company is well positioned to build and grow its business and footprint in the US market
  • Develop and maintain an effective marketing and public relations strategy to promote the products, services and image of the company in the wider community
  • Represent the company in negotiations with customers, suppliers, government departments and other key contacts to secure for it the most effective contract terms
  • Oversee the preparation of the annual reporting and compliance requirements by the Company in the US market

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelors degree
  • Upwards of ten years in a Sales and Management function
  • Extensive knowledge of the start-up space
  • Knowledge of health-tech and lead players
  • Business development mindset
