Job Description

Lead and inspire a small, passionate team to deliver highly personalized guest experiences.

Oversee all daily operations including Rooms, F&B, Guest Experience, and Wellness.

Drive commercial strategy, including sales, marketing, and revenue management.

Maintain strong relationships with guests, partners, and the local community.

Ensure consistent delivery of brand standards, service excellence, and design integrity.

Manage budgets, P&L performance, and operational efficiency.

Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing, service-oriented team.

Implement sustainable practices aligned with the brand's values.

Collaborate with ownership on strategic planning, innovation, and long-term growth.

The Successful Applicant

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in luxury or lifestyle hospitality, in boutique or independent lifestyle hotels or international curated brands.

Proven success in leading small teams and delivering bespoke service experiences.

Strong understanding of operations, finance, and guest engagement.

Entrepreneurial mindset with creativity and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (Basque or French a plus).
