As the General Manager, and reporting directly into the Global Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for steering the strategic and operational initiatives at our Austin, TX CNC manufacturing facility. You will hold complete accountability for the facility's financial performance, leading a multidisciplinary team to achieve ambitious growth objectives. Your focus will be on driving operational excellence, ensuring safety, maintaining high-quality standards, optimizing on-time delivery, enhancing employee engagement, and delivering superior customer service while maximizing profitability. Main duties and responsibilities include the following:

• Direct and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Austin, TX location, with full financial oversight and P&L responsibility.
