They are part of a much larger organization and are Private Equity owned.Job DescriptionAs the General Manager, and reporting directly into the Global Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for steering the strategic and operational initiatives at our Austin, TX CNC manufacturing facility. You will hold complete accountability for the facility's financial performance, leading a multidisciplinary team to achieve ambitious growth objectives. Your focus will be on driving operational excellence, ensuring safety, maintaining high-quality standards, optimizing on-time delivery, enhancing employee engagement, and delivering superior customer service while maximizing profitability.
