About Our Client
Downer Professional Services (DPS) is the dynamic consulting division of Downer Group, underpinning their status as a trusted advisor to the Commonwealth and Defence. Following their extension of services for Team Downer, under CASG's Major Service Provider arrangement, DPS is seeking a new General Manager.
Job Description
This leadership role is equally exciting and challenging and offers the successful applicant an opportunity to play a pivotal role in the success of DPS. As well as underpinning further revenue and margin growth, this role will need a candidate capable of providing transformative consulting to defence, as outcomes-based contracting and increased permanent staffing becomes a commercial reality.
The Successful Applicant
You should be an experienced leader at the GM level with a background blending a detailed knowledge of the defence operating environment and professional services. We're looking for someone that sees influencing and engaging people, both internally and externally, as part of their DNA.
