Job Description

The General Manager, after a proper handover, reporting directly to Company's President, will be in charge of the following tasks:

  • Develop and implement the company's strategic vision and business goals.
  • Oversee all operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with company objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investors.
  • Lead financial planning and budgeting to ensure sustained profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain high standards of governance.
  • support during M&A process as Technical matter expert.
  • Drive innovation and identify opportunities for growth within the industrial and manufacturing sector.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and accountability across all departments.
  • Represent the company in public forums and industry events to enhance its market presence.

The Successful Applicant

A successful GM, holding a Master Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent knowledge, should have:

  • A strong background in leadership, operations, technical or commercial roles within the EMS sector.
  • Proven ability to manage complex operations and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of financial management and strategic planning.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A locally or international track record of driving growth and achieving business objectives within the electronics assembly business.
  • Experience in navigating regulatory and compliance frameworks.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on innovation and problem-solving.
