  • Strategic partnership development, both B2C & B2B.
  • Revenue and product growth through multiple channels.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to ensure optimal results.
  • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
  • Analyse sales data and provide insights for continuous improvement.



The Successful Applicant

The successful Commercial General Manager / Sales SVP should have:

  • A strong background in B2C - ideally a consumer goods background with B2B exposure.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
