This role requires a blend of technical expertise, commercial acumen, and leadership to scale the business in a competitive global market.Job DescriptionStrategic Leadership & P&L OwnershipDevelop and execute a division-wide strategy aligned with corporate goals, focusing on revenue growth, market expansion, and margin improvement.Full ownership of P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial performance analysis.Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities in automation, robotics, or industrial IoT.Operational ExcellenceOptimize manufacturing processes, supply chain efficiency, and production capacity to enhance throughput and reduce costs.Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, R&D, sales, operations) to deliver high-quality automation solutions on time and within budget.Implement lean methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives.Product & Technology InnovationDrive R&D pipelines to develop cutting-edge mechanical automation systems, software, or AI-integrated solutions.Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and scalability of products.Stay abreast of industry trends (e.g., Industry 4.0, cobotics) to maintain a competitive edge.Commercial & Customer SuccessBuild strong relationships with key clients, OEMs, and partners to drive long-term contracts and recurring revenue.Expand the customer base through targeted sales strategies and value-added service offerings.Oversee pricing strategies, negotiation of major deals, and customer retention initiatives.Team Leadership & CultureRecruit, mentor, and retain high-performing talent across technical, sales, and operational functions.Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and safety.Act as a change agent to drive organizational agility and digital transformation.The Successful ApplicantEducation: Master's degree (MA/MSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Robotics, or a related field.
