LondonThe role:Origination of M&A transactions and lead execution as deal captain, playing a leadership role - training and coaching VPs and junior bankers.Originate M&A transactions in general, but particularly in the following sectors such as industrials, capital goods, industrial technology, manufacturing, materials, transport, logistics in DACH and Northern European regionsTarget deal size is a few hundred million to a few billion US dollars (ie. mid market)Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies.Manage relationships with clients, investors, and other key partners.The Successful ApplicantOur market leading Corporate & Investment Banking client seeks a fluent German M&A Director to lead the origination and execution of M&A transactions, with a particular focus on industrial and industrial technology sectors, manufacturing, materials and transport across the DACH and Northern European regions.
