Our client is an industrial listed multinational active in security and automation based in Zurich which recruit a Program Director (SAP).

Job Description

Program Management within the Group IT / Business Applications to extend the overall Business Application concept to other Segments and Areas (APAC / AMER, etc.). Ensure the Strategy and Concepts are followed and based on this to Manage Business critical IT Programs with a focus on the overall Business Application Group stack.

  • Program and Project Management of the overall defined Business Application Projects
  • Ensure costs, resources and time Management within Programs and Projects
  • Ensure that Business requirements are translated and implemented during the individual Project phases
  • Manage Steering Committees are responsible Project Manager and ensure Project Quality Management
  • Plan, moderate and review Workshops with the relevant Stakeholders
  • Alignment of Segment Management for overall Business Applications
  • Ensure a tight and transparent Project Controlling
  • Manage and co-ordinate all internal and external people within the Project as outlined in the Project charter.
  • Setup of Business Application HUBS's within geographical Regions as needed for the overall Program.

The Successful Applicant

  • IT or Business Background
  • Program and Project Management / Realization of SAP Projects (5-10 years of experience)
  • Excellent project Management skills (10 years)
  • International experience (Group / Regional function)
  • Confirmed experience as a team leader, both on site and remote
  • Good stakeholder management skills
  • German and English fluent
  • Good communicator
  • Ability to work under pressure
