Global Chief Financial Officer - Law Firm - Pittsburgh, PA

A leading global law firm is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join its executive leadership team. This role is responsible for overseeing the firm's global financial strategy, performance management and operational finance functions. The CFO will act as a key strategic partner to firm leadership, supporting long term growth, profitability and disciplined financial governance across multiple regions.

The firm employs several hundred professionals globally and operates across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. This is a highly visible role requiring strong leadership, commercial judgment and experience navigating complex partnership based organizations. Main duties and responsibilities include the following:

• Lead global financial strategy, planning and performance management for the firm
• Partner with senior leadership to evaluate strategic initiatives, investments and growth opportunities
• Oversee all finance, accounting, billing, collections, treasury and tax functions
• Manage global budgeting, forecasting and long range financial planning processes
• Monitor profitability by practice, sector and geography and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure effective internal controls, risk management and compliance across jurisdictions
• Manage banking relationships, capital structure and liquidity
• Provide clear, timely financial reporting and insights to firm leadership

This role is 4 days/ week in office in Pittsburgh, PA. 1 day/ week REMOTE.
