Job Description
This position reports to the Director, Global Total Rewards. Main duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Job evaluations
- Competitor market analysis
- Statistical analysis of compensation data
- Compensation program projects
- Assist in the annual salary review process
- Develop role and salary packages
- Help maintain pay equity across the business
- Develop job descriptions
- Conduct annual salary audits
- Proactively research compensation trends to support the compensation strategy
- Create and maintain standard work process documentation.

The Successful Applicant
In return for a competitive remuneration package, you will posses the following:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience in the Compensation and Human Resources field
