Our client is looking to appoint, in a newly created position, a Demand Planning Manager or Director. Developing, owning and implementing the short term and long term demand forecasts, the Demand Planning Manager / Director will guide the manufacturing and procurement activities, tracking progress toward volumes and provide visibility on the sales outlook. You will provide demand planning input into the S&OP process, work with sales and customer service to ensure accurate inventory and replenishment plans, and provide regular analysis and reviews to senior management and other departments.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate a track record and strong experience in running S&OP in a comparable manufacturing environment across a multi-channel, global platform. Proven leadership and influencing abilities, excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as exceptional analytical and business process skills in the areas of forecasting and supply chain are essential. Experience implementing new processes, including world-class supply chain practices, and strong ERP and planning software skills will be highly valuable.
What's on Offer
