We are seeking a Global Sales Director who will be responsible for strategic sales planning and implementation across the globe for our Luxury Properties. The successful candidate should have a proven track record in establishing and growing sales revenues in the hospitality luxury industry.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective global sales strategies.
  • Lead the international sales team members to achieve sales targets.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with partners, within the luxury segment.
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client's needs.
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.
  • Stay up to date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
  • Build and participate in the recruitment of the Sales team.
  • Report on sales results to the company Vice president and Board Members.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Global Sales Director should have:

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven work experience as Regional or Global Director of Sales, or Director of Sales for multi-properties within the luxury hospitality industry.
  • International experience is required.
  • Experience within Luxury International hotel chains.
  • Experience in managing a high-performance sale team
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills
  • An ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics.
  • Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
