Together with a team of 3 reports, this position is responsible for briging the CI program to the next level. The role actively influences and inspires leadership at different levels.

Key responsibilities

Lead and support BUs and HQ in implementing a sustainable culture

  • Further develop the E2E performance driven culture that enables ambitions through increased efficiency, productivity, safety and quality from the bottom-up
  • Work directly with Management team to achieve buy-in for Make of E2E programs and guarantee sustainable execution of CI
  • Further develop CI training track capabilities to enable Action learning within Commercial and Operational Excellence
  • Established a strong CI community through BU CI managers to assure best practice sharing, recognition and communication globally



Embed CI Capabilities, Coach and Connect

  • Built and drive adoption of Digital & Transformation to train individuals and teams on the capabilities of CI.
  • Be the example for CI Leadership, create awareness of Leadership opportunities and coach appropriately
  • Organize conferences and global webinars to share progress and get more colleagues involved



Create a Supply Chain Center of Excellence which drives sustainable improvements

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies supported through CI that aligns with the company's ambitions. At least including Network Analysis, Planning & Route optimization and Telemetry
  • Inspire and support the decentralized supply chain team to set & achieve performance targets
  • Collaborate with other functions (Safety, Procurement, Digital & Analytics and Innovation) to identify vulnerabilities and close operational gaps
  • Focus on operational safety improvement, cost management, technology integration (Telemetry), and process development to improve efficiency and productivity (Network Analysis and Planning & Route optimization)



Performance Control & Communicate Progress

  • Further develop the Performance Control System
  • Develop a Performance Control System with Supply Chain CoE including
  • Develop a communication & recognition program to create awareness and motivate colleagues



Develop strong Cross-functional relations and Best Practice sharing

  • Establishing trust and understanding to drive and adoption of basic supply chain principles company wide
  • Further promote and strengthen the cross-collaboration, identifying best practices and improvement plans across different topics and BU's



The Successful Applicant

  • Master's degree in Supply chain management or Engineering
  • 10+ Years of relevant experience in Operations (Supply chain & Manufacturing) with 5+ years of managerial experience
  • Demonstrated experience in developing E2E plans into actionable initiatives & driving sustainable culture change (translating theory into practical impact)
  • A proven track record of working in an (preferably decentralized) international environment
  • Understanding the importance of pragmatic Digital Transformation
  • Knowledge of methods, such as Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, TPM or Kaizen.
  • Excellent analytics skills
  • Strong coaching and change management capabilities
  • Demonstrates strong leadership skills, effectively supervising teams and ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Develops and maintains strong relationships across the organization, fostering collaboration and a sense of community.
  • Effectively persuades and influences key stakeholders, driving alignment and commitment to initiatives and objectives.
  • Encourages creativity and innovation, developing new ideas and solutions to improve processes and drive business success.
  • Excels in planning and organizing, with the ability to structure workstreams and manage resources effectively to achieve strategic goals.
  • Demonstrates flexibility and resilience, responding proactively to change and guiding teams through transitions smoothly.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse group of senior managers and subject matter experts
  • Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel
