Job Description

  • Work with the Oncology Leadership team to define and execute the partnering strategy
  • Lead all BD&L efforts
  • Work with portfolio, development and research groups
  • Manage the governance processes within the oncology business unit related to potential deals
  • Support the Global BD&L development at an enterprise level
  • Lead early evaluation of potential M&A opportunities

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 15 years of industry experience
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in business development or related functions
  • Deep understanding of the Oncology
  • Leadership experience of a team of direct reports in a matrix working environment
