Job Description

  • Reporting to: Vice President, Human Resources
  • Team management: 2 people
  • Responsibility scale: > 10 countries / > 7,000 people

The professional will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing compensation and benefits policies and strategies for the whole group and leading the localization in operating countries with hands-on approach
  • Managing the development/improvement of compensation, merit, incentive and benefit schemes
  • Defining and consolidating the overall headcount budget, reporting to senior management
  • Ensuring job grading process is successfully managed with the same standards
  • Acting as the global lead for expatriate management
  • Giving guidance to the local HR Managers and the higher Management on topics in regards of remuneration and expatriation
  • Coordinating payroll and it's reporting process

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor degree from reputable universities, master degree is a plus
  • Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience gained in human resources function, predominantly in compensation and benefits focus is a must
  • Background working within multi-cultural and matrix organisations coupled with regional/global accountability (international experience, working with branches) is a must
  • Experience in establishing C&B policy, procedures, systems, processes, guidelines in parallel with country regulations
  • Experience in one of the common global grading systems is a must
  • Know-how in expatriate management (policy, guiding and overseeing the calculations)
  • Knowledge in Success Factors would be beneficial
  • Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering/advisory skills
  • Solid analytic and reporting skills; has to be highly competent working with numbers and Excel (Able to deliver strategic and precise interpretation/presentation to shareholders)
  • Having global vision/approach/understanding, who is also proactive, result-oriented and adaptable
  • Fluency in English is a must
