Job Description

This is a newly created position that will power an agile organisation through performance management program with reconfigured strategy and processes to create velocity and sharpen competitive advantage in a dynamic people empowered business model. As the organisation grows increasingly inter-connected across offices, the Global Head of Performance will also design and drive global mobility strategy to enhance talent development and the company's EVP. Candidates with total rewards harmonisation or executive compensation experience will be desirable too as the businesses integrate as One Company through acquisitions.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have solid performance related design experiences in a business partnering capability with change management experiences in a fast moving global MNC and working collaboratively with HR specialist colleagues in a culturally diverse environment.
