Job Description

  • Management and leadership of the Supply Chain team across Supply & Demand Planning, S&OP, 3rd party contract manufacturing and NPI for a global customer network
  • Inventory management of all skus for Retail, Wholesale and E-Commerce Channels globally (ANZ, USA, Europe)
  • Reporting, forecasting and analysis management to ensure DIFOT levels are 95%+ and a high degree of forecast accuracy is maintained
  • Governing the relationship with contract manufacturing to build more robust relationships and gaining COGS efficiency's
  • Key focus on continuous improvement of processes and procedures across the Supply Chain
  • Build, develop and lead S&OP meetings
  • Adhoc Supply Chain projects

The Successful Applicant

  • Experienced FMCG Supply Chain leader who is adaptable and dynamic in their approach.
  • Tenured experience within all aspects of Planning and S&OP in a fast paced FMCG environment will be key to success.
  • Ability to Plan for an omni-channel and global Retail customer base.
  • Experience working within a fast growing organisation and ability to wear multiple hats at once.
  • Entrepreneurial flair and mindset will also be highly regarded.
