Job Description

This is a high profile role reporting directly to the JCB Executive board with regular and direct contact with the shareholders. As the Global Marketing Director you will play a crucial role in the ongoing success and growth of the JCB business. The role manages the complete global marketing activity for the JCB business but also has responsibility for the continued success of the family owned brand.

  • Building the brand - "using innovation to drive the road to zero emissions technology" Always looking for a better way. Developing brand pillars and content strategy arising
  • Developing campaigns to launch new products, technologies and services
  • Developing CRM (Sales systems with Dealer Development and Sales regions around the world
  • Building the marketing team at JCB World HQ and guiding the regional based marketing personnel,
  • Working with product management teams and engineering to create communications strategies for new products and services, communications around technology roadmaps and future zero emission leadership
  • Ongoing development JCB's online landscape on and expanding e-commerce.

The Successful Applicant

A minimum of a bachelor's degree or related graduate degree, including demonstrated global business, international business, and global marketing communications experience.

Experience in the areas of international markets, foreign cultures, and international business operations is ideal. Trucking, automotive, construction and or agricultural "high value machinery" experience ideal. Creativity, management, research, branding, analytical, and marketing skills are essential.
