This role is responsible for developing, managing, supervising, and coordinating resource and execution plans to ensure optimal use of the available resources and timely identification and resolution of constraints in the supply chain planning time fence. Supply Planning Management:Provide inputs for Executive Supply Reviews and as input for the S&OP cycles, to agree upon effective capacity plans that balance customer service, supply cost, and inventory targets to ensure that all derailing issues are effectively framed and escalated to relevant forums for resolutionDevelop proactive scenarios and strategies to anticipate and mitigate issues and risksProvide a monthly Master Production Plan for the Semi-Finished Product and the Finished Product, considering specific configurationS&OP Management:Facilitate each S&OP meeting to ensure alignmentLead technical initiatives to improve data analysisSupport various projects including monthly demand plans, (materials) consumption models, network and production strategy optimization, integration of new businesses, and new product launchesReview, store, and backup final adjusted and un-adjusted statistical forecastsCreate and drive continuous improvement of world-class demand planning and S&OP processesMeasure, control, and improve S&OP plan accuracy through clearly defined metricsInventory Management:Provide consultative guidance on the most complex aspects of developing inventory supply plansPerform inventory segmentation and manage inventory of new and phase-out partsThe Successful ApplicantThe ideal candidate has a minimum of 10 to 15 year's experience in agriculture or related industry (food).
