We are retained by a global consumer player that has been topping the US market and continuing its globalisation story in multiple regions, with a focused ambition to accelerate market penetration with double-digit growth.

Job Description

The APAC GM will lead an experienced (but lean) team to elevate the region in branding and route-to-market strategies focusing on growing market share particularly in the modern trade and convenience channel, as well as driving efficiency by embedding sales and operations planning process. This position reports directly into the International CEO based in Europe and will have full P&L responsibilities on APAC including Greater China.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have 10 years of P&L/commercial/ sales experience, from beverages/consumer industries with excellent grasp of China market and route to market strategy in convenience channel, coming across as agile, action-oriented with international mindset. The role will require frequent travelling to connect with the markets.
