About Our Client

Well respected construction firm with strong support from the parent organization is recruiting for an experienced GM to run their operations.

Job Description

The GM will be managing all functions of the firm such as engineering, commercial, HR, finance teams and setting operational KPIs for the firm. It is integral for the GM to build a strong collaborative culture to partner and leverage on the expertise and network of the parent organization. The role of the GM includes developing strategy for client diversification, talent development and identification of new business segments and opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor Degree in engineering or a similar discipline
  • Significant experience in managing a firm with P&L responsibility
  • Managed large teams and strong track record within the construction industry
