Job Description

As the Southeast Asia GM, you will oversee the operations across the region and lead an established team, running large capital projects with major corporations. With your skills, you will contribute into developing proactive commercial teams and building a steady operations base for the region out of Singapore.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve P&L goals and drive sustainable growth, while managing the entity's budget and financial forecasts.
  • Lead a high-performing team, focusing on employee development, motivation, and engagement to ensure success.
  • Support Sales in presale presentations and negotiations, while building strong customer and supplier relationships to optimize revenue.
  • Drive recurring revenue growth and strengthen the company's position as a trusted vendor and partner.
  • Align with leadership to support overall business strategy and contribute to regional crisis and operational planning.
  • Implement performance management systems to ensure accountability and foster continuous improvement.



The Successful Applicant

  • Successful track record in a General Manager or similar leadership role with in a project management-centric or technical industry, with a strong hybrid background of sales and operations.
  • Meticulous and reliable, consistently delivering high-quality work with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proactive and results-driven, taking ownership and showing strong commitment to achieving success.
  • Creative problem-solver who brings fresh ideas and effectively communicates them to drive innovation.
  • Inspiring team leader who fosters collaboration, empathy, and a disciplined, results-focused approach to reaching goals.
