The Government & Industry Affairs Lead will be responsible for shaping policy and legislative outcomes to benefit the industry and the company's operations in Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines. The successful candidate will work closely with country business leaders and global regulatory teams to develop strategic plans and drive the company's growth in these markets.

Job Description

  • Engage with government officials and industry leaders to shape policy and legislative outcomes.
  • Collaborate with country business leaders to develop strategic plans for market growth.
  • Identify potential risks and opportunities in the regulatory landscape.
  • Advocate for the company's interests in policy and legislative discussions.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
  • Coordinate with global regulatory teams to ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Monitor and report on industry trends and developments.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Government & Industry Affairs Lead should have:

  • A degree in Political Science, International Relations, Law, or related fields.
  • Extensive knowledge of Life Science sectors.
  • Proven experience in government affairs or policy advocacy.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
