Job Description

The group seeks to reinforce its financial governance at group level. To support this ambition, they're recruiting a Group Reporting & Consolidation Manager. This expert role will report directly to the Group CFO, ensuring financial transparency, compliance, and robust reporting across all entities.

As Group Reporting & Consolidation Manager, you will:

  • Set up, harmonize and lead the monthly and quarterly consolidation of group entities
  • Analyze and review financial reports from various countries and business units
  • Advise the CFO and local finance teams on accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP), compliance, and internal controls
  • Prepare audit files and support group audits
  • Identify risks and propose improvements in financial processes
  • Be responsible for automation and optimization of reporting systems



This role offers a unique opportunity to act as a sparring partner to senior leadership, with a direct impact on the group's financial structure and internal control mechanisms.

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a seasoned finance professional who brings:

  • Several years of experience in finance/audit, ideally within an international audit firm
  • Proven expertise in group consolidation and preparation/review of consolidated financial statements
  • Prior experience in the set-up and automation of reporting systems
  • Experience working with international entities and cross-border teams
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
  • Solid knowledge of IFRS and/or local GAAP
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, French would be a nice to have
