Job Description

Sitting within their Group Head office, this role will oversee but not be limited to:

  • Overseeing the group's financial planning and analysis activities
  • Developing and implement financial models and forecasts
  • Providing strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management
  • Monitoring financial performance and report on variances
  • Collaborating with other departments to align financial strategy with business objectives
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations
  • Driving process improvements in budgeting and forecasting
  • Mentoring and developing a high-performing finance team

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in this role you will be degree qualified with a CA/CPA and experience in a group function working within the FP&A team in a leadership role. You will have solid experience across financial planning and analysis ideally in a large corporate that is listed here locally or you will have been working for a large multinational organisation. This pivotal role will lead the financial planning and analysis function, driving business performance through insightful analysis, forecasting, and strategic recommendations. Therefore the successful candidate will also need to demonstrate strong leadership skills coupled with strong communications and presentation skills.
