Job Description

Reporting directly to CEO, this individual will design, build and establish the governance, compliance (both internal and regularly) and operational risk management framework at Group level, applicable across multiple business lines and geographies. This will require a strategic mindset and hands-on approach in rolling out the implementation, to support the sustainability and scalability of the business as it continues its rapid expansion internationally.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in governance, compliance or operational risk experience across multiple lines of business and for Asia Pacific region/internationally, with industry background in fintech/technology/startup/financial services, with agile way of working.
