  • Build a new Group centre of excellence - Diversity, Equality & Inclusion
  • Provide thought leadership to the board and the wider firm
  • Develop a strategic roadmap in order to create a best in class employee experience journey
  • Provide strategic direction to the ERGs
  • Create a culture of learning and accountability
  • Advocate change
  • Challenge current ways of working
  • DE&I research
  • Collaborate with the entire People function
  • Lead UK & Global projects
  • Identity resources needed to deliver the strategy

The Successful Applicant

  • Diversity, Equality and Inclusion Leader within a commercial, complex organisation
  • Proven experience of creating a DE&I strategy
  • Experience presenting to board & executive leaders
  • Change management
  • International DE&I experience
