Job Description

  • Lead the strategic transformation of property management operations across a pan-European portfolio.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve operational efficiency, cost control, and long-term value creation.
  • Review and optimize existing management processes, implementing automation and data-driven decision-making tools.
  • Manage and align property management teams across various countries, fostering collaboration and performance consistency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, service providers, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Drive operational excellence through the introduction of smart systems, automated maintenance, and digitalized workflows.
  • Establish and oversee strategic CAPEX frameworks, procurement standards, and project prioritization models.
  • Implement innovative technologies such as BMS systems, cleaning robotics, and centralized reporting tools.
  • Develop new business models through monetization of in-house maintenance and operational services.
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing organization focused on efficiency and innovation.

The Successful Applicant

  • Extensive senior-level experience in property or facility management within the commercial real estate sector.
  • Proven track record in automation, building management systems (BMS), and operational optimization.
  • Strong expertise in CAPEX planning, procurement, and strategic process design.
  • Experience managing multi-country teams and large-scale transformation programs.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic and innovative thinker with a focus on performance and sustainability.
