About Our Client

Our Client is a complex company headquartered in the Baltics. They are currently seeking to recruit a Group HR Director who will support the company in maintaining its strong market position and who will facilitate its further growth in Continental Europe. The role will form part of the Executive Board and cover all Human Resources aspects of the company internationally. The Group HR Director will work closely with the CEO and other Executive Board members.

Job Description

  • Develop international HR strategy that fosters ambitious company growth
  • Provide strong and focused leadership in Company becoming attractive employer for current and future talents
  • Support successful execution of HR strategy in the Business areas and support functions on a regional level
  • Build strong and long-lasting relationships with business leaders and partner with other Executive Board members to improve on current programs and initiatives, and where needed, develop and implement new programs and initiatives directly aligned to business strategy
  • Oversees the effectiveness of human resources processes including employer branding, recruitment & retention, workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, T&D and compliance
  • Lead organizational change and design by working with senior leaders to identify business requirements and implement appropriate solutions
  • Sponsor HR digitalization journey
  • Strong focus on setting and delivering on KPI's, analyse and deliver data driven solutions and provide recommendations to key business leaders
  • Strengthen HR Teams to deliver on ambitious business targets

The Successful Applicant

  • Years of experience operating as a Regional HR Director or similar senior position with a proven track record in meeting high standards in a demanding, fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Experience in in building organizational strategies
  • Successful track record in supporting dynamically growing companies in development of an organizational culture in commercially-focused firms
  • Substantial experience in business partnering at senior leadership level
  • Profound understanding of HR fundamentals - labor law, C&B, employee relations
  • Strong interpersonal skills to immediately establish the necessary credibility on all the levels of the organization
  • Ability to motivate and influence others without direct line authority
  • Strong abilities to build relationships and manage multiple stakeholders' interests
  • Experience in successfully managing and developing an international teams on a various levels
  • Project management experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to set priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Open and cross-culturally minded
  • Fluency in English is a must, Polish and Russian would be considered as advantage
