They provide agile technology to their customers so they are safe, secure and compliant through a range of screening, monitoring, analysis, and reporting products and services.

As specialists in end-to-end payment systems, they move payment challenges into opportunities, helping financial Institutions operate more efficiently and cost-effectively.

Job Description

Key responsibilities of the Group Marketing Director are;

  • Create and implement a long-term corporate Marketing and Product strategy to maintain and grow the business, market presence and brand awareness
  • Develop integrated corporate marketing communication plans, both externally and internally
  • Lead PR, brand management, events and digital/social media plans
  • Overseeing the operational implementation of the marketing and product programs
  • Planning and managing the marketing budget

The Successful Applicant

The successful Group Marketing Director will have an in-depth knowledge of the FinTech/Financial Services industry with experience operating in international or regional markets with technology-driven products and services. You will also demonstrate;

  • Be an agile leader who easily moves from strategic thinking to being hands-on
  • Excellent marketing communication skills
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment and drive work across an international organisation at all levels to ensure clear and unified goals and communications
  • High level of detail with strong organisational and people leadership skills
  • Proven leadership skills and strategic thinking
  • A "self-starter" who will take the initiative and proactively anticipate business needs
  • Ability to interact and influence diverse people to meet goals and deadlines.
  • Build and manage a team and work collaboratively with senior management
