Job Description
- Collaborate with executive-level management in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans
- Drive the manufacturing strategy across 4 sites with over 150 people in operations
- Maximise efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration
- Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity
- Be in control of the full manufacturing budget
- Based in the Midlands with national travel required
- Analyse current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary
- Customer SLA target met
The Successful Applicant
- The ability to demonstrate solid progression in a manufacturing (ideally food) environment
- Leadership skills
- Multi-site experience
- Six Sigma preferred but not essential
- Midlands based
