About Our Client

My client is a financially stable Hong Kong Listed organisation, and due to succession planning, they're seeking for a Group Treasurer to take the organisation further. The role will oversee a team size of over 10 people based in Hong Kong and responsible for oversea branches.

Job Description



  • Lead and manage the Group Treasury function across multiple geographies


  • Oversee cash flow, liquidity, and working capital management to ensure financial stability


  • Develop and implement treasury strategies aligned with corporate objectives


  • Manage banking relationships, financing arrangements, and capital market activities


  • Drive risk management initiatives, including FX, interest rate, and funding risks


  • Provide strategic insights to senior management and the Board on treasury matters


  • Lead and mentor a sizeable treasury team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration

The Successful Applicant



  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
  • CPA Qualifications


  • Minimum 15-20 years of treasury experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership experience


  • Proven track record in Hong Kong Listed Organisations (i.e. has Head office experience)


  • Strong knowledge of cash management, corporate financing, and risk management


  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills


  • Experience in a listed company environment highly desirable
