We are working with an established retail player that has a strong brand name regionally and at an exciting period of transformation phase, organising a strategy team to support the leadership in proactively shaping the company's long term strategic directions ensuring sustainable development in response to external economics and internal organisation dynamics.

Job Description

Reporting directly to the Board of Directors and as head of corporate strategy department, this individual will provide thought partnership to executive leadership team for holistic corporate development strategy, shaping of business planning through market and competitive analysis, steering of operational process improvement as well as organisation change management throughout the regional markets, working in collaboration with cross-functional counterparts to communicate the larger business context and drive effective change implementation at the functional and country level.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of working experiences in corporate strategy at group or regional level, with track record in playing a change management role to influence decisions and guide organisation change with C-suite executives and at Board level. Candidates with background in retail or FMCG industries will have a competitive advantage.
