Job Description

    • Define the long-term brand direction, positioning, and growthroadmap tailored formass‑market consumers.
    • Lead financial performance, including sales, profitability, margins, inventory efficiency, and cost controls.
    • Develop seasonal assortment strategies, pricing frameworks, and product architectures aligned with fast-moving apparel trends.
    • Oversee sourcing, product development, and supplier partnerships to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and speed-to-market.
    • Shape integrated marketing campaigns, store communication, and digital content to ensure consistent brand expression.
    • Utilize customer insights, competitive trends, and CRM data to refine product, pricing, and promotional strategy.
    • Guide omnichannel initiatives across physical stores and digital commerce to enhance visibility, conversion, and reach.
    • Ensure operational excellence in replenishment, stock flow, SKU productivity, and sell-through management.
    • Lead and inspire cross-functional teams across merchandising, marketing, sourcing, operations, and visual merchandising.
    • Establish scalable retail processes and performance standards - experience managing 100+ POS is a significant advantage.



The Successful Applicant

A successful marketing professional should have:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.
    • 10-15 years of experience in apparel, fashion retail, or brand management, ideally in mass‑market environments.
    • Proven leadership managing commercial performance and large cross-functional teams.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into clear strategies and actions.
    • Creative thinker with strong business instinct and a consumer‑centric mindset.
    • Experience with omnichannel retail and high-volume merchandising is highly preferred.
    • Background overseeing a large store network
