About Our Client

The company trades OTC FX, bullion, index CFDs, and equity CFDs on the MT5 platform. It offers retail and professional clients leverage, depending on deposit size. Operating with both A‑Book (STP/hedging) and B‑Book models, it supports deposits and withdrawals via bank transfer, USDT, USDC, Visa/Mastercard, and multiple PSP providers.

Job Description

  • Generate new business by identifying and onboarding retail and professional clients.
  • Build and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth or active traders.
  • Promote CFD trading products across multiple asset classes (Forex, Indices, Commodities, etc.).
  • Deliver high-quality client service and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Develop business and execution plan to grow business and customer base, optimize sales volume, revenue and profitability and achieve the budget set by the management;
  • Conduct product demonstrations and platform overviews.
  • Cooperate with back office including operations, finance and risk management teams and trading team to ensure a smooth business operation
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory frameworks

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Solid years of sales experience in the CFD or online trading industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and CFD instruments.
  • Experience with trading platforms such as MetaTrader 5.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of KYC/AML practices and global regulatory requirements.
