We are representing a global consumer company that has ambitious recycling and sustainability goals and committed to crafting a strategy that makes an impact to environment; we are now looking for an experienced business leader who is passionate about innovation and sustainability agenda to lead a greenfield entity.

Job Description

Reporting to the Board of Directors, this position will build the organization and senior leadership team; setting the vision, values and corporate culture and steering the organization towards operational excellence with strong ESG framework. You will be the public face of the organization, representing the company to communicate effectively with the Board of directors, partners and government bodies.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have 10 to 15 years of general management/business management experience in global companies and/or with track record in a startup environment. You are strategic and operational, highly influencing to communicate at all levels of seniority and to diverse group of audience with demonstrated resilience to bring organization goals to fruition. Candidates from FMCG, retail or packaging industry will be desirable.
