Job Description

  • Building, developing and managing a team responsible for the conceptualisation and execution of commercial and consumer campaigns (app. 15 people)
  • Preparation of a trade plan of the scopes and dates of activities related to increasing resale, communication of commercial priorities, defined seasonal actions, agreed cooperation with partners, activities supporting the image of brands
  • Execution and optimisation of campaigns on trading platforms (own media)
  • Coordination of campaign execution in other media (social media, direct marketing, traffic acquisition) and foreign media (ATL)
  • Providing an effective model of inter -functional cooperation enabling the coordination and execution of campaign activities between multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Creating and consolidating analyses of the results of commercial campaigns, preparing summaries and recommendations for improvements
  • Identifying and setting directions for upcoming campaigns, taking into account key consumer and market trends
  • Management and development of promotional and content tools (CMS) as part of the inventory of space in own media
  • Collaboration(internal) with Category Management, Pricing, Merchandising, Marketing, Technology, Media, Traffic Acqusition, CRM

The Successful Applicant

  • 5 years of experience managing teams in large and complex organisational structures, covering commercial, marketing and project management areas; Desirable/welcome e-commerce experience
