Job Description

As a Head of Commercial, Vietnam, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Set and execute the Vietnam commercial strategy in line with regional priorities and local market opportunity.
  • Own end-to-end P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management to deliver sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Define channel strategy across channels to build balanced expansion.
  • Identify and secure growth levers - new partnerships, new doors, portfolio opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
  • Strengthen cross-functional execution across marketing, operations, finance, IT, and other key stakeholders.
  • Elevate client experience and retail standards across physical and digital touchpoints.
  • Use analytics and insights to optimize productivity, efficiency, and qualitative brand growth.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Commercial, Vietnam should have:

  • 15+ years in premium/luxury or high-end consumer, with meaningful exposure to omnichannel commercial leadership.
  • 8-10+ years leading teams, with a track record of building performance culture and developing talent.
  • Demonstrated full P&L ownership and strategic planning capability in a complex, multi-channel environment.
  • Strong business development and market expansion experience, including delivering new initiatives in evolving markets.
  • Confident stakeholder manager - able to influence regional leaders and partner effectively with external parties.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into commercial actions and operational improvements.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and change leadership skills; resilient and agile in ambiguity.
  • Commitment to inclusive leadership and creating a respectful, high-trust team environment.
  • English and Vietnamese proficiency preferred (or strong English with Vietnamese capability in the team).
