Job Description

· Creating a compliance culture by collaborating with the business and advising them appropriately with ESG factors in mind

· Building and embedding a compliance framework ensuring wider regulatory requirements related to ESG are accounted for

· Drafting, implementing and responsible for managing new policies, procedures, and periodic reports, for ESG compliance

· Business partnering with the senior management team and advising/ challenging in the right manner

· Keep abreast of current compliance, regulatory and ESG risks, as well as changes to the local regulatory environment and best practices.

The Successful Applicant

· University degree in Law, Banking, Finance or in the related field.

· A strong compliance background from an Asset Management background, ideally some experience in Renewable

· An articulate communicator with strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage

· Good verbal and written communication skills to support and train the business, and to produce accurate compliance reports

· Experience working in a standalone capacity in a start up environment

· ESG experience and awareness in business decisions
