Job Description
- The candidate is expected to be responsible for producing timely and accurate compliance and
AML reports for the AIFM.
- The candidate will need to escalate any compliance/AML findings to the conducting officer
and the executive committee.
- The candidate will prepare compliance Committee Minutes and the related documentation.
- The candidate will support and assist in any request coming from the internal and external auditor of the AIFM from a compliance/AML point of view.
- The candidate will also ensure the correct handing of complaints and oversee the delegated functions by doing the due diligence exercises.
The Successful Applicant
- Master/Bachelor in Law or an equivalent degree
- Legal/Compliance/AML certificates.
- At least 4/5 years' experience in a Compliance or AML related function in an AIFM.
- Knowledge of investment funds.
- Review of the Compliance/AML policies and procedures to comply with the relevant
regulations.
- Ability to manage regulatory changes and implementation.
- Knowledge of AIFMD legislation and CSSF Circular 18/698.
- Knowledge of Delegates Oversight and Complaints Handling.
