  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement credit risk strategies to mitigate risk and optimize portfolio performance.


  • Risk Management: Monitor and manage the credit risk of existing portfolios, identifying potential risks and recommending mitigation strategies.


  • Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support credit analysis and decision-making processes.


  • Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored credit solutions.


  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes impacting the covered sectors.


  • Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive credit reports, risk assessments, and presentations to senior management and risk committees.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or CFA designation preferred.


  • 10+ years of experience in credit analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking, with a focus on general corporates, leveraged finance, and project finance.


  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial analysis software.


  • Excellent understanding of corporate credit risk and credit risk management methodologies.


  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.


  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing talent.


  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.


  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

What's on Offer

$185,000 - $300,000 base salary.
