Our client is a renowned hospitality company with strong global reputation in the market. As the market has opened up, the projected business growth is substantial and hence they are looking for a seasoned strategist that is strong in membership management and development across tiers.

Job Description

Leading a small team, you will be reporting to one of the C-suite level executive that oversees the core business unit. Overseeing a wide portfolio of existing/potential members across different tiers, you will need to be able to come up with effective market segmentation, loyalty programs and the respective acquisition/retention strategies.

The Successful Applicant

To qualify, you need to have some strong MNC background with proven track record in driving effective CRM and membership strategies across a huge membership base in a sizeable organisation - ideally in hospitality sector with strong focus on VIP segment. Prior Asia or global experience will be important while you should be comfortable working with different specialist teams to drive the initiatives.
