About Our Client
Our client is an innovative and exciting Direct to Consumer business. Having started 8 years ago they have grown organically to low double digit £m turnover.
In order for the business to grow and get the investment they are looking for they acknowledge that the founders need to take a step back. As such one of the key new roles is a Head of Digital Marketing to manage their digital marketing and commerce.
The Head of Digital Marketing will be accountable for all customer and revenue acquisition. You will initially work with specialist agencies, but consider bringing resource in house in order to drive a more effective team.
The Successful Applicant
The Head of Digital Marketing will be a digital leader with a very high level of analytic capability. It is expected you will have excellent experience in the following:
- PPC and paid social
- Web design
- Social campaigns and influencers
- Management of a small but effective team
- Agency relationships
- Direct to consumer / retail commerce
It is crucial that you have the EQ to be able to slot into an entrepreneurial leadership team. You will rapidly be expected to step up to be part of the board with the likely-hood of share options / equity.
What's on Offer
Excellent package with a high likely hood of share options / equity. Some flexible working but with the expectation of being in the office at least 3-4 days per week. We would be happy to consider candidates who would want to work 4 days per week.
