Job Description

  • Achieve sales and margin targets for direct to consumer operations by implementing strategies and initiatives that will drive traffic, conversion, retention, revenue, and profitability.
  • Negotiate goals, margins and inventory coverage for each eCommerce account and direct to consumer operations.
  • Manage relationships with eRetailers, Marketplaces and Suppliers.
  • Work with Marketing and Product Development to build product roadmaps and oversee their execution.
  • Keep up to date with evolving online media and technology trends, explore new and effective products or enhancements that will improve site experience and generate revenue and profits.
  • Manage supplier selection ensuring best interest such as cost management, timely delivery and improving established business KPI's.
  • Communicate effectively to the team and management on department strategy, timelines, and results.
  • Oversee the company's CRM strategy on digital platforms, leveraging data to drive sales and improve the online customer experience.

The Successful Applicant

  • Monitor, analyze and evaluate effectiveness of each function, implement improvements as needed. Collaborate with other departments to develop strategies and action plans to reach and exceed company's revenue, volume and margin objectives.
  • Monitor reports to ensure the department KPIs are on track; analyze performance KPI's, consumer behavior and identify growth opportunities.
  • Meet financial objectives through annual budget preparation and allocation, ongoing forecasting, and results analysis to ensure best return on investment.
  • 10-15 years in multi-channel marketing with a proven track record of business growth
  • Highly collaborative, Ability to partner with internal and external groups to execute campaigns and produce results in all areas of responsibility
