Job Description

Family Governance- manage Family Constitution process.

To implement stewardship concept to sustain family legacy and harmony.

Family Meetings- provide support and coordinate family meetings.

Next-generation career planning- coordinate family next-generation career development, education and training and performance reviews with family, mentors, advisers and HR.

Family philanthropy and legacy.

Family services support- assist in family major events, estate management, family archives and artefacts as required

The Successful Applicant

Honours degree from leading and reputable universities.

Relevant experiences in general management of large corporations, established family offices, renowned academic institutions.

A matured, dynamic and highly driven individual with strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Can work independently, resourceful in research and a good team player.

Has a passion to support business family in preserving family values and legacy and next generation development for future generations to come.
