About Our Client
Our client is one of the biggest holdings in investment and construction sectors.
We are looking for a Head of Finance and Administration to be placed in their growing organisation.
Manages budgets within approved guidelines; monitor and appropriately control financial expenses,
Directs and oversees all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organisation,
Evaluates and advises on the impact of long range planning, introduction of new programs/strategies and regulatory action,
Ensures execution of plans, policies, and budgets approved by the Board of Members,
Manages all financial resources systems, provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives,
Provides timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports and financial trends; provide financial leadership and consultation to the CFO and other senior executives in performing their responsibilities.
The Successful Applicant
Demonstrable experience as FD, FM or relevant role,
12 (twelve) years of experience in financial area,
BS/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field,
Ms/MBA is a plus; Certified Public Accountants (CPA) is a strong advantage,
SAP experience is highly desirable,
Active user of SAP and Microsoft office programs,
Fluency in English, both written and spoken,
Strong problem solving skills with a proactive, innovating approach to work.
