Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsA well-recognized and established organization in the marketSignificant impact on the company's future growth and strategic developmentAbout Our ClientOn behalf of our client in the infrastructure sector, we are seeking a Head of Financing to lead the Group's debt strategy, secure funding for large-scale projects, oversee bond issuances and build strong relationships with banks, investors and financial institutions.Job DescriptionDevelop and implement a long-term strategy to strengthen the Group's visibility, credibility, and competitive positioning in the debt financing market-both domestically and internationally-by fostering relationships with key stakeholders such as banks, institutional investors, funds, rating agencies, brokerage houses and sector experts (especially in infrastructure and energy)Manage the Group's financial liquidity, funding, and financial risk in a fast-growing business environmentSecure debt financing for large-scale investment projects aligned with the Group's broad business operationsOversee existing bond issuances and lead new bond issuance processes (including potential Eurobonds), ensuring documentation preparation and effective cooperation with financial advisors and banksContinuously monitor capital and debt markets, providing recommendations on optimal financing structures for new investment initiativesCollaborate with the M&A, Investor Relations, and Controlling teams in analyzing and executing capital and financing transactionsSupport the Management Board in shaping the Group's financing strategy through the preparation of analyses, recommendations, and reports for decision-making bodiesStructure new transactions, lead pricing negotiations, and negotiate key terms of credit agreementsCoordinate the disbursement of loan tranches in collaboration with internal departments and technical advisors, including documentation and financial calculationsParticipate in bank payment settlements and final reconciliations post-construction, as neededEnsure compliance with reporting obligations to financing institutions as outlined in credit agreements (e.g., operational budgets, technical advisory coordination)Work closely with senior managers and the Management Board, including regular status updates and presentation of deliverablesThe Successful ApplicantDocumented experience in managing a portfolio of project finance transactions - gained in banking, financial advisory or corporate environments; minimum of 5-7 years of relevant professional experience at a senior level (Director, Senior Manager, Head of Department, Deputy Head) requiredExperience in securing debt financing (bank loans, bonds, Eurobonds) for large-scale investment projects, preferably in the energy, infrastructure or industrial sectorsStrong knowledge of capital markets, financial instruments, and investment project financing mechanismsStrong expertise in structured financing including deep understanding of project finance and structured finance principles, financial modelling and project finance documentation specificsIPO experience is a strong assetInternational work experience and fluency in English requiredTrack record of independently managing projects and taking full accountability for resultsAbility to thrive in a dynamic, ambitious and diverse work environmentExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence, negotiate and build trust in interactions with financial institutions, legal, technical and business advisors, as well as internal teamsWhat's on OfferAn attractive and competitive salary and benefits packageContactIzabela LeszczynskaQuote job refJN-052025-6735170Job summaryFunctionCFO & Financial ManagementSubsectorCFO & Financial Management SubsectorIndustryEnergy & Natural ResourcesLocationWarsawContract typePermanentConsultant nameIzabela LeszczynskaJob referenceJN-052025-6735170
